Empathy Culture Working Environment and Its Impact on Performance

If the company known as Key
Performance Indicator (KPI) and Employee Performance Goals on civil servants or
employees of the state apparatus to measure the performance achieved each
employee individually. The system should accommodate the mental attitude of
empathy of each employee into components that must be taken into account. Given
that there is no operational success of an institution based on individual
skills alone but team work ..!. Empathy is the ability to understand others and
a desire to treat others as he was treated.

outcome (financial reward) and of course praise or rewards that can be
known to all elements of employees in the organization. Each employee is
not only motivated to fulfill the need of superior ego and recognation
individually but also have the skills to build a successful team.

have a concern for the success of a division of labor in addition to
assessment results and the value of individual attitudes. The creation of
a spirit of mutual cooperation and result orientation to each individual
