“ Buat siswa bahagia dalam belajarnya jangan ditakuti, buatlah siswa lebih mudah mempelajarinya jangan dipersulit ”. Kalimat ini sering didengar para pendidik,namun masih sering dilupakan dan tidak jarang siswa bertambah bingung saat menjalani proses belajarnya.  Proses pembelajaran kadang bisa membingungkan siswa dan  masyarakat,apalagi jika penentu kebijakan menetapkan  “ kurikulum yang tidak ramah ” terhadap siswa,jadinya siswa bukan  belajar malah sebaliknya terlalu lelah karena banyak tugas pembelajaran yang harus dikerjakan.  Kurikulum yang memaksa siswa karena terlalu banyak metode,  perangkat atau alat ukur yang digunakan,siswa dibombardir dengan berbagai tugas yang berkaitan dengan pengalaman hidup sehari hari,tanpa diberi kesempatan berpikir atau waktu untuk beristrahat secara mental.Setiap kurikulum baru  seringkai menimbulkan masalah baru.

Dalam menjalankan tugas saya akui  tidak jarang mengalami penurunan motivasi dan bisa juga jenuh dalam mengajar,lantas saya menjadi kuatir pengaruhnya terhadap siswa. Lantas apa yang mesti saya lakukan kank..? Kejenuhan dan penurunan motivasi dalam menjalankan tugas adalah hal yang biasa mengingat dalam mngajar merupakan tugas rutin yang monoton. Namun bukan berarti hal itu bisa dibenarkan dalam waktu berkepanjangan mengingat seorang murid sangat mengharapkan mendapatkan inspirasi dan motivasi dari gurunya,jika gurunya kehilangan motivasi mendidik bagaimana dengan siswanya..?.  Oleh karena itu  pentingnya terus men “ charge”   diri sendiri disaat  motivasi dalam mendidik mengalami penurunan agar anda tetap semangat bertemu siswa dalam mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan kendati dalam diri anda berkecemauk berbagai persoalan ,bertindaklah seperti artis yang hanya memilkirkan kepusasan penggemarnya saat berada dipanggung walupun dilanda  berbagai persoalan.  Bagaikan menyambut artis

The concept of learning must be simple. Think about play. Everybody will be happy and fun to play some activity with rule of the game. It is the same with the learning process. The offer you make to your student can be altered by the integration of different steps of learning stimulus, response, motivation and reward. Then only learner can learn effective through experiential sense, attention, thinking, activity   and relate about object of learning. As a result, the desired of learning achievement can be obtained. Another way to think about the learning process is to use motivated to impart required skills and knowledge. Serving student’s better is not always a guaranteed strategy   to  make  student will be success in their learning . Why …because every student  in  has different concerns toward specified solution on their problem and  competence/skill  they needed. However, a good teacher ‘s always understand to what student anxiety, care what they needs and support beyond student’s talents. Credibility  is  assure trust worthiness and “self confidence “ on the student perceptions , the most basic level of learning service   is credibility   that the teachers just need to exceed their service professional teachers with their professional competence in therms of its delivery .i.e personality,professionalism,pedagogic skill and social competence’s.
