The Parameter of Teaching
Serving student’s better is not always a guaranteed strategy to make student will be success in their learning . Why …because every student in has different concerns toward specified solution on their problem and competence/skill they needed. However, a good teacher ‘s always understand to what student anxiety, care what they needs and support beyond student’s talents.
Credibility is assure trust worthiness and “self confidence “ on the student perceptions , the most basic level of learning service is credibility that the teachers just need to exceed their service professional teachers with their professional competence in therms of its delivery .i.e personality,professionalism,pedagogic skill and social competence’s.The second level of learning service is caring , that the teacher are shown in their mental attitude when serve learning process in “class” including to willingness to support students. If a teacher take the time to teach a student about they are and they are n’t capable of doing something they ‘ll usually get the point”. The integration of learning process and student behavior are relationship between teacher and student becomes balance and fair . Student are no longer seen as an object of learning that has their academic competences but also one with personality.
The high level of learning service is connectivity that building relationship,emphatic and connect with student. Perspectives from teacher personality is comprehensives ,they all come from kindness; the motivations ,emotion,involvement and achievement.

The service of learning parameter if teacher will take pleasure in learning ,like teacher shows delight in their student’s about why and how things happen. Because “student (children) are natural scientist ,they want to know why about everything . Their earliest sentences show their interest in and surprisingly good of understanding of causality” .
