Beberapa SMK  Swasta yang saya temui seperti SMK PGRI 1 Gresik, SMK Sore Tulungagung dan SMK SMK lain di Jawa Timur  yang muridnya mencapai puluhan rombongan belajar dengan jumlah peserta didik mencapai ribuan, akan  terus meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan guna menghasilkan mutu out put atau outcome yang bisa diserap pasar kerja. Maklum mereka tidak boleh terlena dengan minat besar peserta didik untuk bersekolah ditempatnya tanpa berpikir bagaimana nasib lulusannya.  Jika diperhatikan lebih dalam maka terdapat beberapa prinsip  yang mereka kembangkan sehingga menjadi daya tarik bagi peserta didik sekaligus dunia usaha dan industri selaku user dari lulusannya.
